Who were the
Prophets?

During the January 2012 Generations of Faith we studied the prophets of the Old Testament. Who were the men God chose to carry his Word to their peers?

In February, the confirmation class will visit the St. Ben's Meal Program and spend a night at the shelter. Confirmees will have a chance to share a meal and talk with participants in the program.
 


When God asked who he should send to give the people His Word, Isaiah said, "Here I am Lord. Send me."

Pat Russell joins the adults in Daniels Hall to give a historical background on the prophets and relates them to people in our current times.


 
The Minor Prophets (no, not lesser in value to the other prophets, but those whose books were shorter in the Bible) are on the minds of the high schoolers as they delve deeper into Scripture.

 
Jenni Dryscio has a conversation with the preschoolers about Baptism. They hold the little baby doll to imagine the presence of a real baby.
